I've placed an order. How long before it ships?

This depends on what you’ve ordered. We do our best to get your order in your hands as quickly as possible, but in some cases, albums are on backorder at our supplier, or are not released yet.

When the products you've ordered are in stock, they will ship the same or next business day. If they're not in stock and need to be ordered in, they normally ship within 10 business days.

Please contact us before you place an order if you need a record before a certain date (if it’s a gift, for example).
