How do I cancel, change or edit my order?

Editing your order is possible. Please reach out to us via the chat bubbles at the bottom-right of your screen.

Cancelling your order is only possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. We might offer to change your order or give you some options, but we won't be sales-sharks trying to rescue the sale. We get it. In some cases, you just regret placing that order.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

• If you've paid via an e-transfer, we'll issue a gift card instead of a refund because e-transfers can't be returned.
• We have to apply a 3% cancellation fee to the order. This is not because we still want to make money off your order but it's simply because the transaction fee from the credit card companies and PayPal isn't returned to us.
